111-year-old Briton, John Tinniswood, has been named the world's oldest man by Guinness World Records, following the deaths of Venezuela's Juan Vicente Perez Mora and Japan's Gisaburo Sonobe. Tinniswood, who has lived through two world wars, was born in 1912 and enjoys a regular fish and chips meal on a Friday. When asked about the secret to his longevity, he replied, "You either live long or you live short, and you can't do much about it."
