Virginia's Governor Youngkin mourns a K-9 named Rivan that was stabbed and killed by three MS-13 gang members at Sussex I State Prison. The dog was protecting Corrections Officer Kharmishia Phillip Fields when the gang members attacked another inmate. Governor Youngkin expressed his condolences and promised that the MS-13 members involved will be held accountable for their actions.
