Rock legends Kiss have sold their music catalogue, image, and likeness to Pophouse Entertainment Group, a Swedish company, for an estimated $300m. The deal includes master recordings and publishing rights. Pophouse plans to use the assets to create a biopic and a live music show featuring digital avatars of the band members, similar to its successful venture with ABBA's "ABBA Voyage" show.
