66-year-old man died two weeks after being hit by a van while riding an electric scooter in Vancouver. The victim was on his scooter on Main Street when he collided with a box-style Dodge van that had left the scene before police arrived. The Vancouver Police Department is investigating and asking for witnesses and anyone with dash-cam footage to contact the Collision Investigation Unit at 604-717-3012.
