13-year-old Jacon Starks, who had been missing for four days, has been found safe after an intense search in San Antonio. Jacon was last seen on March 29, wearing a black hoodie and black sweatpants, near Sunset Place off Loop 1604. The Bexar County Sheriff's Office had been seeking the public's help to locate him, as he has a medical condition that requires medication.
