The Lynchburg Police Department is investigating a burglary at RISE Cannabis Dispensary on Campbell Avenue after security footage showed a man in glasses, red shirt, and black pants breaking in through a brick-thrown window. The suspect stole low-value items and remains at large; anyone with information is encouraged to contact Detective Owen or Crime Stoppers. The investigation is ongoing.
