38-year-old Volodymyr Bykadorov from Kilcormac, County Offaly went missing on March 26 and Gardaí believe he may have traveled to Dublin. He is 6'2" with a medium build, bald, and has blue eyes. Gardaí are appealing for public assistance in locating him; anyone with information is asked to contact Birr Garda Station, the Garda Confidential Line, or any Garda Station.
