21-year-old man charged with murder after allegedly stabbing a 40-year-old man in Australia's New South Wales. The fatal stabbing occurred at a residence in Windale, Lake Macquarie, during a physical altercation in which a knife was reportedly used. The victim was taken to John Hunter Hospital, where he later died, while the accused was arrested and appeared in court.
