The pursuit began when police attempted to stop a vehicle traveling over 80 mph in a 35 zone. Belgarde faces charges including fleeing, reckless endangerment, false information, and driving under suspension while the juvenile was arrested on suspicion of refusing to halt and was transported to juvenile detention.
