41-year-old e-bike rider critically injured in Plymouth hit-and-run by a silver Vauxhall Insignia; a man in his 20s has been arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving, driving under influence, and failing to stop. The involved vehicle, with registration FP09FYD and front-end damage, is still believed to be in the Plymouth area. Devon and Cornwall Police are seeking witnesses and dashcam footage.
