2B Gleyber Torres of the New York Yankees left Friday's game against the Houston Astros after being hit on the right hand by a 93.1 mph fastball. Torres was hit by pitcher Tayler Scott in the 7th inning, and though he initially remained in the game, he was eventually replaced by Jahmai Jones. Yankees manager Aaron Boone reported that X-rays were negative and Torres left due to swelling in his thumb.
