43-year-old man, David Rudge, was arrested after hitting six cars in Tigard, sending two people to the hospital. Witnesses reported that Rudge drove erratically before running a red light and crashing into multiple vehicles. After exiting his truck with a knife, an off-duty Lake Oswego police officer and other witnesses held him down until Tigard Police arrived to take him into custody.
