42-year-old Thomas James Groat, a suspect in an armed robbery at a Circle K gas station in Oregon City, was arrested by police on March 25. The incident occurred on March 22, but Groat was not apprehended until he was spotted by a detective near Molalla Ave and Gaffney Ln. Residents were advised not to approach Groat and to call 911 instead, using case number 24-005678 for reference.
