Sparks Police Department seeks public help in locating a motorcyclist who shot a person during an argument on Vista Boulevard on March 22. The victim, now in non-life-threatening condition, described the suspect as a white man (5'10" to 6'1" tall, 210-220 lbs), riding a cruiser-style motorcycle with one blue eye and one brown eye. No known danger to the public and a $1,000 reward offered for information leading to arrest.
