The global forecast for the Asian market is mixed, with strength from technology stocks offset by weakness from oil companies. On Monday, the STI remained relatively unchanged, opening with a 0.01% dip and standing at 3,217.52 by 9:02 a.m. The European and U.S. markets were also mixed.
