Federal Opposition proposes two-year prison sentences for those who post and boast about crimes on social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook as part of their plan to address youth offending. Offenders could also be banned from social media for up to two years, and the eSafety Commissioner would be given the power to remove these "post and boast" crime videos.
