An American Airlines passenger on a flight from Tampa to Philadelphia was removed from the plane after hurling anti-Semitic slurs at a flight attendant. The unruly passenger, Shail Nitin Patel, 29, was intoxicated and caused a disturbance on the flight, leading to law enforcement being called to the aircraft. Patel was arrested and charged with interference with flight crew members and attendants. The incident delayed the flight by 30 minutes.
