Woman shot in hand during road rage incident on Parkway East, under investigation.
A woman was shot in the hand during a road rage incident on Parkway East near Greensburg Pike on Friday evening. The victim called 911 and was transported to a local hospital in stable condition. State and local police are investigating the incident, using surveillance cameras to identify the vehicle owner and operator who fled the scene. The eastbound lane of the parkway was closed for the investigation.
