Kenyan Defence Force (KDF) soldiers on patrol in Wajir County helped a pregnant woman in labor pains safely deliver her baby on the roadside. The soldiers assisted Salma Osman, who had been in labor for hours, and took her and the newborn to Gherille Health Centre for post-natal care and vaccination. The act impressed many Kenyans who praised the KDF for stepping up to help the needy woman.
