2 arrested in Sooke, BC following crash, assault, and explosive device discovery. A single-vehicle crash led to the discovery of an explosive device. The male driver fled the scene, but was later spotted driving a stolen truck and arrested for theft and assault with a weapon. The injured woman from the initial crash was linked to the explosive device. Both vehicles involved in the incidents were seized for forensic analysis.
