He added BBQ to the menu, expanded with a take-out area, and plans to enter beef jerky business. With three smokers and pitmaster Alfonso Carbajal, the restaurant is a popular spot in Old Town Temecula, known for its dining, bars, tasting rooms, and boutiques.
