AAR Corp. appoints finance sector veteran Jeffrey N. Edwards to its Board of Directors.
Aviation services provider AAR Corp. has appointed Jeffrey N. Edwards, a finance sector veteran with 40+ years of experience, to its Board of Directors, increasing the board to 12 members. Edwards' experience at Merrill Lynch and New Vernon Capital will help AAR execute its growth strategy and deliver value to shareholders, according to CEO John M. Holmes. AAR serves customers in 20 countries.
