76-year-old Mardrey Swenson, a vulnerable adult from Lebanon, New Hampshire with Alzheimer's, was reported missing after she walked away from her home early Sunday morning. Her body was found in the Connecticut River later that day, after a fisherman spotted what they believed to be a possible body in the water. A wide range of agencies and community members participated in the search for Swenson.
