The Barrick Academy offers tailored training programs for Barrick's frontline managers, training over 2,000 foremen, supervisors, and superintendents from Africa and the Middle East in the next 24 months. The curriculum will expand to include financial leadership, advanced computer literacy, and safety courses, with plans to involve contractors.
