37-year-old Charles Tewee was arrested in Tigard, after police responded to reports of a knife slashing at the intersection of SW Pacific Highway and SW 72nd Avenue. Two men were fighting, with one wielding a knife, and one man was cut. Tewee faces charges of first-degree assault and unlawful use of a weapon. The injured man was taken to the hospital with potentially life-threatening injuries.
