3AW radio station in Melbourne saw a growth in overall share after the departure of Neil Mitchell. Tom Elliott, Mitchell's successor, achieved a 16.8% share in the first ratings survey after taking over the Mornings slot, up from 16.3% in the final survey of 2023. In contrast, Raf Epstein, who moved to Mornings from ABC Radio Melbourne, saw a decline of 0.9 percentage points to 7% share.
