Contractor shot at Sheboygan home; suspect still inside. A contractor was shot while working at a house in Sheboygan, with police believing the suspected shooter, a man, to be still inside. The victim was taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, and police have set up a perimeter around the home to make contact with the suspect. Residents in the area were asked to shelter in place, and three nearby schools were placed on a soft lockdown.
