The U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) announced a $100M funding opportunity for its new Innovative Finance and Asset Concession Grant Program. The program, authorized by the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, provides up to $2M grants to public entities for 5 years. Funds can be used to explore and evaluate public-private partnerships, innovative financing, and TIFIA-eligible projects. Applications are due by May 9.
