11-year-old boy arrested for driving a BMW X5 while towing a stolen caravan on the M1. The boy was found behind the wheel after police tracked the caravan, which was reported stolen from a holiday site, being towed by a black BMW using cloned registration plates. The boy was arrested on suspicion of theft, burglary, going equipped for theft, and motoring offences including dangerous driving.
