42-year-old Larry Martin was arrested in Manhattan for throwing hot water at 4 different people in unprovoked attacks between 7:45 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday. The NYPD identified the first incident as Martin allegedly throwing hot water on a 49-year-old woman, followed by attacks on a 45-year-old woman and another woman on West 35th Street.
