Punjab Police arrest two members of a Babbar Khalsa International (BKI)-backed terror module planning target killings and radicalizing youth. US-based Harpreet Singh (Happy Passian) and his associate Shamsher Singh (Shera), based in Armenia, operated under Pakistan-based Harwinder Singh Rinda. Police recovered weapons and filed charges under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act and the Arms Act.
