Casper/Natrona County Airport experienced heavy, crosswinds during fall and spring, leading to a light Cessna plane flipping while attempting to taxi. Crash audio between the pilot and tower reveals the pilot was asked to choose a runway, as both had crosswinds. A bigger passenger airliner on the ground also reported wind problems.
