2-year-old boy, Legend Tillman, was shot and critically injured in Marianna, Arkansas, during an altercation between two people near an apartment complex on Sealand Street. The child was playing outside when the incident occurred. A juvenile suspect has been arrested, while a 22-year-old suspect is still at large. The Arkansas State Police Criminal Investigation Division is assisting in the investigation.
