AT&T appoints former Yahoo CEO Marissa Mayer to its board, effective immediately, serving on the audit committee and corporate development & finance committee. Mayer's extensive tech background and understanding of consumer internet engagement are valued additions to AT&T's board. She is currently the CEO of Sunshine Products, a tech start-up she co-founded in 2018.
