Wayne State University police seek public assistance in locating missing student Andrew Watkins, 26, last seen on campus on February 26. Watkins, who lives in the Anthony Wayne Drive Apartments, is 5'10" and 200 lbs, and was last seen wearing a blue sweater, black pants, and white shoes. The university has activated its missing student protocol and is asking anyone with information to contact WSUPD at 313-577-2222.
