8th Women International Film Festival (WIFF) in Islamabad showcased 31 films from 19 countries, including those by Pakistani filmmakers. Supported by various embassies, the event featured 1,300 submissions and awarded Best Film to Paris Bruxelles by Marjorie Lhomme and Best Pakistani Film to 'Made with Love' by Kainat Thebo. The festival aims to foster young girls' and women's self-expression and storytelling through filmmaking.
