3rd suspect charged in Harrison County murder: Detectives arrested 35-year-old Douglas Steiner for being an accessory after the fact of murder in the Feb. 21 killing of Dallion Lewis. Previous arrests were of Dennis High and Jennifer Kirk, both charged with felony murder. The Harrison County Sheriff's Department, Drug Task Force, Clarksburg Police, and federal authorities have been working together on the complex investigation, which remains active.
