21-year-old Arkadius Wright Sr. was arrested for the first-degree murder of Esther Wolfe in Rapid City.
21-year-old Arkadius Wright Sr. from Box Elder was arrested by the Rapid City Police Department and Pennington County Sheriff's Office for the first-degree murder of Esther Wolfe, who was shot on February 21. The authorities received assistance from the Rosebud Sioux Tribe Law Enforcement Services, the Bureau of Indian Affairs, and the U.S. Marshals. Wright is currently in custody at the Pennington County Jail.
