Yolo County DA will not seek the death penalty for Carlos Dominguez, accused in a deadly Davis stabbing spree last spring. Dominguez faces a four-day preliminary hearing on suspicion of murder and attempted murder, and will not face the death penalty, according to a prosecutor's statement.
