A 10-week-old Chihuahua, named Sparkle, found wandering near Interstate 93 on-ramp in Boston has found a new home. Spotted by a person living at the Pine Street Inn, the small black dog weighing just 3 pounds was taken to the Animal Rescue League's Boston Animal Care and Adoption Center. The good Samaritan who rescued her from the highway on-ramp prevented a potential tragedy.
