Reigning Miss South Africa Natasha Joubert was surprised with an engagement proposal by her partner Enrico Vermaak during a romantic sunset yacht cruise at Cape Town's V&A Waterfront on February 23rd. The couple, together for almost nine years, will marry after Joubert's Miss South Africa reign ends. Miss South Africa Organisation CEO, Stephanie Weil, congratulated the couple on their engagement.
