A 27-year-old woman, Carla Andrea Mejia, was fatally struck in a hit-and-run accident in Woodbridge, Virginia, on Saturday night. The incident occurred at around 11:45 p.m. on Minnieville Road near Bobcat Court. The driver of the vehicle, believed to be a Hyundai, fled the scene without stopping to assist.
