A man from Troy, New York was allegedly robbed by a woman he met on a dating app, marking the second such incident within a month. In January 2024, a 27-year-old woman and a 48-year-old man from Selkirk were arrested for an alleged robbery in which they lured a man to a mobile home in Flemings Trailer Park through a dating app. Dating app users are urged to exercise caution when meeting strangers.
