Three suspects were arrested in East Brunswick after breaking into vehicles at a parking deck. One suspect jumped into a pond to escape police, but was saved by an officer who dove in to rescue him. The trio broke into four cars at the Neilson Plaza Parking Deck, with three cars having their windows broken to gain entry. All three suspects were charged with receiving stolen property.
