Woman in Ireland finds venomous Kenyan scorpion in luggage, relocated to National Reptile Zoo for education.

A woman in Ireland discovered a venomous scorpion in her luggage after returning from a holiday in Kenya. The scorpion, a Fisher's Fat-tailed species, was found living in the woman's bedroom for two weeks before being discovered. The scorpion has now been taken into the care of the National Reptile Zoo in County Kilkenny, where it will be used for educational purposes. Although its venom can cause breathing difficulties, severe pain, and swelling, it is not lethal to humans.
