Poland Warns Of Possible Activation Of Military Aviation In East Of Country

Polish Defense Minister Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz has warned that Poland must prepare for the potential threat of war with Russia, given the current geopolitical situation. This comes in response to the possibility of Russia's military defeat of Ukraine and subsequent invasion of Polish territory. Poland, a member of both the European Union and NATO, has already begun taking steps to prepare for such a threat. The Operational Command of the Polish Armed Forces has also warned of a possible intensification of military aviation in the east of the country, near the borders with Russia, Belarus, and Ukraine, between February 5 and March 5. The airspace warning comes as a response to the threatening situation on the eastern border.
