House Ethics Committee declines investigation into NY Dem Rep Jamaal Bowman for setting off fire alarm in Capitol office building.

The Committee issued a report that found Bowman's explanations to be "less than credible and otherwise misleading." However, the investigation has been halted due to the House's decision to censure Bowman in December and the fact that he has complied with the terms of his deferred sentencing agreement.
