A Navy helicopter crashed into San Diego Bay during a routine training mission, causing all six crew members to survive. The MH-60R Sea Hawk helicopter, described as the Navy's most advanced rotary wing maritime strike platform, was escorted ashore by a safety boat and federal firefighters. The cause of the crash is being investigated, and the Navy is training its newest Naval Aviators and Aircrewmen to fly it.
