Cobb County attorney Roger Curry arrested on pandering and sexual battery charges.

A 77-year-old Cobb County attorney, Roger L. Curry, was arrested on charges of pandering and sexual battery following a Georgia Bureau of Investigation undercover operation. The GBI’s Human Exploitation and Trafficking Unit initiated the probe after a report that Curry solicited sexual acts from a client. Curry was booked into the Cobb County Jail and is awaiting further action from the Cobb County District Attorney’s Office. The investigation remains ongoing.
