President Bola Tinubu has nominated Joseph Olasunkanmi Tegbe as Minister of Power, replacing Adebayo Adelabu. Tegbe, a fiscal expert from Oyo State with over 35 years of experience, previously led advisory services at KPMG Africa and now serves as Director General for the Nigeria-China Strategic Partnership. His nomination, subject to Senate confirmation, aims to advance power sector reforms and improve grid stability.
